Keystone Retreat 2018

Special Event:  Art & Science Night
On October 18th, the Club hosted its annual Art & Science Night.  Around 200 members, families, and community partners came to the Club for a night of family fun.  Dinner was provided thanks to our community partner, the Anaheim White House.  Volunteers from our Club Sponsor, Nutrilite, provided and ran science experiments for all ages to enjoy.  Various art projects, from duct tape wallets to step-by-step painting demos, were led by our very own Keystone Teen Leadership Members.  The Club would like to thank all of our families, donors, and community partners for making this year's event another success!
Special Summer Events: Club Olympics
Summer at the Club wouldn't be complete without our Special Events. So far our Members have enjoyed events like Taco Friday, Staff Challenge Day, and Club Olympics. This was our first year running Club Olympics, and it was a huge success! Below are a few photos from our closing ceremonies, where Members received medals for the events in which they took 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
We look forward to more Special Events in the upcoming weeks, such as Tees vs Staff, Color Wars, and Harry Potter Day!

National Program Recognition
In September, BGCA President and CEO, Jim Clark, presented our Club with the Gateway to Impact Award for program excellence, as measured by average daily attendance. We are honored to be selected as a recipient for this award, and we are encouraged to continue providing top-notch programs to the growing number of youth, teens, and families we serve.
